are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 3 business day return policy
between delivery confirmation and date sent back. Opened items will incur a minimum handling fee of $5 plus shipping
charges on all returns. Opened items may incur further fees for signs of use
and missing items. You may return an item for an exchange within 14 days for
items deemed faulty, subject to a Return Authorization from gr8er1. We do not
accept exchanges or returns for items that have been physically damaged,
scratched, broken screens, tampered software/firmware or water damage. If your
item incurs a technical problem after 14 days of delivery confirmation date you
may return your item for service up to 60 days for a $10 shipping fee which
covers shipping to the manufacturer and priority shipping back to you. Repair
times depend on problem and manufacturer return time.
We recommend getting an extended warranty from www.Squaretrade.com for long
term security. Squaretrade guarantees a
5 day repair time frame and multi year coverage. Sign onto www.squaretrade.com for policy terms and conditions. Keep your
purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid
restocking fees. Web and mail order purchases require a RA (Return
Authorization) number. For a RA (Return Authorization) number, please email us.
Please note that a RA# does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are
subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original
factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals,
warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Any opened item and any
item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, shows signs of use, or
is missing parts is subject to up to 50% of item's price. Please do not tape or
write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. Please test
your product and make sure it is what you want before removing the plastic
screen saver/film. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce your credit for
the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents
or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.
